The concept of the Great American Rib Company restaurant was spawned in 2003 by a man name Wes Carroll. Wes missed the enjoyment of real American slow smoked Barbecue, so he decided to create a restaurant where he and everybody else could enjoy the taste of real American BBQ food; Thus, the Great American Rib Company was born.  Great American Rib Company was established on July 4th, 2004 (American's Independence Day).  The 1st Great American Rib restaurant store was build on Sukhumvit Soi 36  in Bangkok, Thailand.  Located away from the busy streets of Bangkok, Great American Rib is a nice get away. Great American Rib focus on American BBQ style cuisine with a little Tex-Mex flair.  Our food dishes are served in huge family style portions so you won't go home hungry. Over the past 6 years, Great American Rib Company grew with popularity among the locals and expats.  During this short period of time, Great American Rib expanded to Hua Hin, Thailand; making us a household name in the restaurant industry.  Great American Rib Company has become know for "The King of Ribs" in Thailand.
